Shannon View in browser   Beyond Romance June 24, 2024 Hello everyone.  It may be the last week of pride month, but my boy love stories will continue all year long. :)  I recently had someone tell me how much they love my werewolf stories. In the same breath they said they didn't like my "gay" books."  I think a lot of things in response but most of them boil down to one concept. That choice is perfectly okay. Variety is the spice of life or so I've heard. When it comes to reading I feel strongly about all styles and topics being welcome. The choice of what we fill our dreams with shouldn't be dictated by any other. (In the grander scheme of things I do add the addendum that everything should be allowed that doesn't hurt any other.) But inside the pages of a book, should exist every type of genre, character, and story. Where else should we learn about people and situations that don't exist in our everyday lives? T...
